The Grenada citizenship is a relatively new program, and has quickly become one of the most popular among Caribbean CBI programs. No physical residency is required. And all family members are eligible. Investments can be made only after official approval.

There are 2 investment options available to those seeking citizenship - a donation to the government, or investment in real estate. Real estate must not be sold within a 3-year period. And citizens will incur several taxes. 

This is a low-cost second passport, available to citizens of almost any country around the world. Under certain conditions, even those from high-risk countries, including Iran, Iraq, Syria, North Korea and Afghanistan, are accepted. However, there will be a surcharge for high-risk countries and the process may take longer.
